Weekly classes: Tai Chi (Monday and Thursday 8am-9am) and Yoga (Tuesday level 1-2, 5pm-6pm and Friday Gentle Yoga 9am-10am). Everyone is welcome and no experience needed. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat to yoga if you have one, otherwise we have extra. First class is free, drop-in rate is $15, class package of 5 is $60 and class package of 10 is $100.
